Art Class Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before completing your enrolment and payment.

‘Class’ in the Terms and Conditions here refers to any course or workshop, delivered in-studio or online.

Jessica Watts  reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions, once published on this page, will be effective immediately.

Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Cancellation by Jessica Watts

All classes require a minimum number of enrolments to proceed. If a class  cancelled by Jessica Watts for any reason, such as insufficient enrolments, any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.

Cancellation by a student or withdrawal from a Class

No Refunds

I do not provide refunds for cancellations, missed workshops or missed classes. However, I do offer the opportunity to receive a credit or to transfer your booking. Conditions apply, please see below for more details.

Cancellations fees and credit or transfers options

If you choose to cancel an enrolment, what you will receive back depends on the time you notify me. See the cancellation timeframes and options below:

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the class start date

If you choose to withdraw from a class up to 7 days before its commencement, you will not incur a cancellation fee. The workshop fee will be held in credit and this credit must be used within 6 months. You will not receive a refund.

You may transfer the booking to another person, such as a family member or friend, at no charge. Please let me know of any transfers at the time of cancellation.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the class start date

If you choose to withdraw from a class within 7 days of commencement, you will be charged 50% of the class fee. You may transfer the remaining value (half of the value of the class fee paid) to another class, to be used within 6 months of the date payment was received. You will not receive a refund for the class fee paid.  

To avoid the cancellation fee, you may transfer the booking to another person, such as a family member or friend, at no charge. Please let me know of any transfers at the time of cancellation.

• Cancellations within 2 days of the class start date

If you cancel within 48 hours days before start date, you will not receive a refund, transfer, or credit. To avoid forfeiting the fee, you may transfer the booking to another person, such as a family member or friend, at no charge. Please let me know of any transfers at the time of cancellation.

• No shows

If you do not attend a class you will not receive a refund, transfer, or credit under any circumstances.

Make up classes 

I do not offer make up classes for missed classes.
